PICK UPS ALLOWED
We offer personal deliveries exclusively within Auckland to ensure the safety and reliability of your new PC. Shipping PCs via courier introduces significant risks of damage during transit, which could lead to costly repairs or replacements for us and a frustrating experience for you as the customer. Personal delivery allows us to handle each PC with care and ensures it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition, fully functional and ready to use. This approach minimizes the chance of issues caused by transit mishandling, offering peace of mind and the highest level of service.

1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be in original condition, including all components, packaging, and accessories.
Products showing physical damage or signs of misuse are not eligible for return, and refunds will not be issued for these items.
2. Customized PCs
Customized PCs are eligible for returns, provided they are in original condition and meet all other return requirements.
Returns on customized PCs that show signs of misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage will not be accepted.
3. Warranty and Defective Items
If your PC has a hardware defect within the warranty period, please contact us for support. We will diagnose the issue and arrange a replacement or repair as needed.
Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Damage unrelated to normal use may void the warranty.
4. Personal Delivery and Return Process
We offer personal delivery and returns within Auckland. If you need to initiate a return, please contact us to schedule a convenient time for product inspection and collection.
5. Refund Process
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after inspection. Refunds will not be issued for products with physical damage or misuse.
